"This place has to be one of the best American food places I've ever been to. Its a tad bit expensive, but it is absolutely worth the price. And daily special items are awesome, and this place can cook one mean burger. I ticked service down a star just because, due to not having a dedicated waiter, you have to get someone's attention to get things like refills and to-go items, but they are always so nice and quick. This place is definitely one of the best places in all of Shreveport."

"We have been with my dad 9 days in the hospital. We've had all manner of foods, but by day 10 we were looking for some comfort food. A really sweet couple suggested we try Gullos. Upon walking in it was the epitome of comfort. The staff greeted us with a smile and were so welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and for lack of better words felt like walking into Grandma's house. They had the cutest patio which was a huge breath of fresh air. We ordered the chicken and dumplings and fried okra. The first bite literally touched my soul. I couldn't help but close my eyes and savor the pure deliciousness of this food. 10 out of 10 totally recommend. As a matter of fact, we enjoyed it so much we are going back tomorrow for lunch. If you're looking for great people and great food, look no further. Thank you guys for the hospitity. Heather Behan and Jouce Slaughter"

"I’ve been to most restaurants in the Shreveport/Bossier area, but someone told me I had not tried the best burger in town. I went that day to test it out. Sure enough, it’s the best burger I’ve had in the area and a top 5 on my list of best burgers everywhere."

"Service was great food was really good. Had the farm salad the produce was Hella fresh, the vinaigrette was good. Cheese sticks top notch, parmesan bolognese for dipping not some plain ole marinara hell yeah. Got the daily special of brisket in from Texas and brisket is a delicacy there. That's why I can only give 4 stars. Brisket was really good for Louisiana . The brownie covered in marshmallow carmel and fudge. Fugetaboutit. Hot cup of black coffee or half gallon of ice cold whole milk would have been to much of perfection. 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"Don't blink, you might miss this place. Someone's former home converted to a restaurant. Me, my husband and son ate here and we had no complaints. Heads up, you order at the counter, they give you a number and then you take your seat. (Kinda like whataburger but tastier) I got a loaded potato with brisket, hubby got The Weekender Burger (BBQ sauce, pickles, cheese, lettuce tomato and onion ring) and my son got a Fried Green Tomato BLT. Food came out pretty quickly and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely go back. They also have take take home meals for the fridge and freezer."

"Amazing experience! Yumm! Friendly staff. Fresh food. Prepared as if at home. Very inviting. Fresh baked bread, fresh cut fries, fresh homemade onion rings, homegrown produce. I can't wait to go back and try more from this amazing place next week. They have a menu for ordering and also a daily lunch special. You can even purchase casseroles to take home or homegrown produce to take home. Or jars of jelly. Great great place!"
